TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES
NAID AAA Certification: Prime Compliance has been a NAID Board Approved Consultant since 2015. We have been able to help more than 50 operations obtain their first-time certifications. Our Access Employee Training Program is also NAID Approved. We will sit together and go through the entire certification process step by step. I will provide documentation and forms that will enhance and improve your business. I will also spend time providing training to all staff and management. Our training outlines the risks and the customer specific challenges that staff face every day, while at the same time pointing out the risks that each staff position faces. NAID AAA Certification is a huge step for an operation to consider. If you use Prime Compliance, you will also receive a $400 stipend from NAID once you get certified! They have that much confidence that we will work together to get you certified. Prime Compliance will continue to be the leader in helping document destruction businesses obtain and retain this certification. I want to help operators ‘mind their own business’ as I focus on the risk and compliance details and let them know that they don’t have to shoulder these burdens on their own. As the owner or decision maker in your organization, you can focus on running your business and I will focus on the risks and compliance matters of it. You do what you know, and I do what I know. Prime Compliance offers the longest-running, most comprehensive, and industry-specific risk assessments and HIPAA training programs, which are also NAID Approved. They have also assisted several companies in becoming PRISM Privacy+ Certified.

TRAINING YOUR CLIENTS
Tom has performed several of these events. You could invite both current clients and potential clients for these half day HIPAA Educational Sessions. If these are held at your facility, it will provide you an opportunity to provide a tour, talk about the specifics of what you do and the services that you provide to show your knowledge of the industry to many people at once. These events can result in gaining new clients and also help to better position your company as the HIPAA experts in your marketplace.
Regardless which option you choose, once you are a valued client, Tom will send periodic email updates to you when there is anything important going on in the legislative world. Our clients are our #1 priority!
